The Author
Thank you for your interest in Europa and welcome to my website. It has been a dream of mine to write, and be published, for almost twenty years. Because I was an extremely slow reader until my early twenties it was a large investment in time for me to read a book. Therefore I quickly learned to appreciate a good story and wanted to write books that were worth the time it would take someone like me to read. I began writing my first story idea on an antique typewriter at the age of seventeen. Unfortunately, like most who set out to write, it was never completed (the first of about four). When I began writing The Black Chronicles it took years of style and storyline changes, and a major plot crisis, to finish the first one hundred pages. By then I had begun to discover my style and the work habits that best produced a result. When I stumbled across the idea for a second book I realized I needed a title change. I decided to change it to Europa with the subtitle The Black Chronicles. I am currently working on book two and notes for three and four.
