Meet Richard
Richard Hogue is the Senior Pastor of Citychurch, a multi-racial, multi-cultural Charismatic Church in downtown Oklahoma City. He holds a BLS degree from The University of Oklahoma, a MTS from Harvard Divinity School, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Ministry at Oral Roberts University. With their writings, ministry on television, and pastorates, Hogue and his wife, Marilyn, have been at the forefront of the move of the Holy Spirit over the past four decades.
