Hello, my name is Stephen Blakesley and I have written the book, THE TARGET -The Secret to Superior Performance to help individuals and organizations achieve superior levels of performance.
THE TARGET was written to assist people and organizations become better. It was written on a foundation of 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. Experience working with an international energy service company, as an entrepreneur in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, the Food Service industry, and the Human Resources and Recruiting industries. Additional credentials are a BS degree in Chemistry, two Masters degrees: Master of Science Management (MSM) and Master of Science Financial Services (MSFS), CLU and ChFC designations, certified in the use and application of Emotional Intelligence assessment tools and many other psychometric assessments.
My passion, for the last 15 years, has been to help individuals and organizations find an effective means of being their best by maximizing their performance. The results of my work have all been formed in the crucible of real experience with great passion for being the best and helping others do the same.
Although The Target may not be the only path to Superior Performance, I am confident that it will help others benefit greatly from its content.
