Cindy Jordan is an accomplished artist and fellow believer who generously donated her talents to illustrate The Victor as part of her ministry to glorify the Lord with her talents.

Cindy has created many works of art; most notable of which was painting the construction fence mural with both mythical characters from classic fiction as well as of many of the then residents of Mission Viejo for the new Public Library.

She is also currently designing a book bag cover for the Library in addition to being hired to create large wall murals for many local businesses.
